We are committed to your satisfaction and gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements:

• Items must be in the same condition as received to be eligible.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Any value loss due to the item’s condition will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations: accepted

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us promptly to request cancellation.

We proudly offer free shipping worldwide with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on your location. While these carriers are highly dependable, please note that occasional delays, though rare, may occur.

DELIVERY TIMES:

• USA: 5–7 days
• UK: 5–6 days
• EU: 3–4 days

Your rug will be shipped as soon as it is completed and passes a thorough quality check. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery every step of the way!

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to their order. Please note that I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processes. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

Shipping
Rugs are dispatched the same day once the rug is completed and has passed a double quality-checking process. Delivery is free of cost and typically takes 5-7 days.

Refunds & Returns

• Within 7 days: Eligible for a full refund.
• After 7 days: Not eligible for a refund or return.

There is no restocking fee for returns, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in the item's value.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm its status and process the refund if approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, first check with your credit card company or bank. Refunds may take time to process. If not received within seven business days, contact us at theclararugs@gmail.com.

Please note:
Some of our rugs are ready to ship, ensuring quick delivery, while others are made to order, crafted meticulously by skilled artisans. Made-to-order rugs may take 30–65 days to complete, depending on size. Thank you for understanding our handcrafted process!
