Shipping
Rugs are dispatched the same day once the rug is completed and has passed a double quality-checking process. Delivery is free of cost and typically takes 5-7 days.
Refunds & Returns
- Within 7 days: Eligible for a full refund.
- After 7 days: Not eligible for a refund or return.
There is no restocking fee for returns, but buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in the item's value.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm its status and process the refund if approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received, first check with your credit card company or bank. Refunds may take time to process. If not received within seven business days, contact us at support@theclararugs.com
Please note:
Some of our rugs are ready to ship, ensuring quick delivery, while others are made to order, crafted meticulously by skilled artisans. Made-to-order rugs may take 30–65 days to complete, depending on size. Thank you for understanding our handcrafted process!
